Doc- My ONLY hesitance is the fact that about 200K shares are being offered under or at .13- none of which would be out of the realm of any "range" necessary for conversion purposes. As a result, it would seem to me that grabbing anything in the .0-.20 range would be advantageous to the author of the order.

I just don't see a market for UWBKQ. In fact, the more I think about it, the more I think a large holder sold last week.
