I think a good many of us here need to understand how convertible debt is actually converted to shares.

PVSP has no control on how and when the cd holders actually convert to market. The holders can convert anytime. It just becomes more visible when a pr is released, since the holders see the pr and prepare to dump into the volume.

CD holders are limited on the amount of shares they can dump daily based upon the previous 30 days average volume. Typically this is 25% of the daily average. So if the volume averages 4 mil then one cd holder can convert 1 million a day.

These start to add up however when more then holder converts in any one day. You can see this happening by watching VFIN, VNDM, and PUMA. Never think it is only VFIN.

The only way it becomes a PVSP pump and dump is if PVSP was actually selling shares themselves, which will show in any Q.
