Furthermore I think they have a trick up their sleeve to get a 15c211 approved rather fast but not looking to go into details. I have heard and know there are faster ways instead of starting over.

I'm afraid there are no "tricks". I've followed hundreds of suspended stocks over the years.

The regulators do not like "tricks".
