$SNTL u are correct is PINK and you are correct RULE 144 exemption needed to clear restricted stock is "not applicable to SNTL". And there u go again posting COMPLETING WRONG SEC INFORMATION. If you are on the PINKS and where a SHELL company at one time RULE 144 will not apply and you cannot free up restricted shares under rule 144. The only way to free them is by registering them. SEC RULE 144 applies to ALL publicly traded companies. Being on the PINKS just means you are not FULLY REPORTING under the FULLY REPORTING GUIDELINES of the SEC and RULE 144. That is why there are so MANY sub paragraphs to cover all aspects. SNTL is also a former "SHELL" company. Please refer to the VERY informative RULE 144 SEC GOV guidelines i posted early incase u still dont understand. Very simple actually.
