What does "he gave it a year mean"? Wasn't he the CEO? Doesn't the buck stop there?

If you have a car under warranty and it still does not work beyond repairs, you use the warranty to get a new car. Mike had a warranteed shell that did not work - he went out and got one that did. It is a shame lemon laws don't apply to shells (I crack myself up!)

Clearly before Mike discovered the issues that would be unresolvable and keep NHSH from being a clean shell
