Cliff, a letter of credit (L/C) is not any kind of revenue to EDIG. It is simply a guarantee to the manufacturer (DigitalWay) that if EDIG does not pay them for manufacturing the Eclipse HD units, F-T will pay up to $800,000. As of the webcast, only one L/C existed.

Additionally, the supposed order from F-T for 4,000 units is only "anticipated" to be doubled. In fact, as of the last quarterly report, no order yet existed from F-T. So the doubling expectation is still pie in the sky. Furthermore, no L/C exists for an additional order.
