This agreement entitles the Company the use of FK’s marketing center, located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, for the purpose of marketing, promotion, sales and distribution of consumer packaged goods into the United States of America including convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, mass retail, wholesalers and distributors.
