Why does 40K matter to someone who has gotten $20 million through comparable deceit? How can any long with a conscience own this stock? Longs, including moderators have refused to answer my questions on this subject. It isn't rocket science: The company bought the father's restaurant with preferred shares. I've questioned the number of shares, but even if they were correct, those shares weren't adjusted when the common stock was adjusted subsequently. That equates to 'giving' multiples of the preferred shares to the father. That 'value' obviously has to come from somewhere. It comes from the company -- ie shareholders ultimately. It is stealing. Very unethical conduct. At the minimum it is over $10 million. Longs seem to not care. Perhaps they don't want to care? Perhaps they only want to look forward?

Corruption exists even among companies that appear to be doing some cool things. It is what comes out of a man's heart that defiles him.
