I think a R/S would be in order.

Mike's friends have done this before, and if he has learned anything from them it would be SOP. imo

So yes, Mike can take the PPS from .0006 to .60 with a 1 share for 1000 R/S.

Reduce the A/S and the O/S as well so he can sell it the company as a good investment imo.

It will give him a chance to see what he can do as well.imo
