Who cares if its made in america???? Certainly not the construction companies bidding the jobs -

ILED spent almost 3 dollars for every dollar in sales -

Mismanagement is more concerned with being in a nice shiny building in a hob knobby part of town because they probably think they can get people who like to overpay for everything to buy into the dream of a US based chinese importing LED company.............. What's so "made in America" about that?
