Only the gagged TA knows the O/S and that gagged TA isn't talking. We do know that the O/S was 849,887,086 per their last filing but nobody knows how many more shares were dumped since March 31, 2013.

With the extreme high volume recently, along with the 60MM that were DUMPED the week of June 22-June 27th, IMO, close to 300MM more have been dumped in the 2nd Quarter.

And that is WRONG, WSRA received their 60MM shares in 2009, they have not disappeared have they? And the new Amendment ADDED 100MM more shares, suggest re-reading the amendment.

There are 141MM outstanding Series E Shares, simple math. 100MM + 41MM (Leftover from the 60MM that was given to WSRA, they own still!) GDSM does not OWN these. And they ALL convert at a 15:1 ratio.
