There's no proof of any kind to back up your statement that the company is:

"a quite profitable, going concern"

I would love nothing more than to see the company recover but every single indication at every turn screams Chinese SCAM!

No idea why you're trying to suggest otherwise, as you clearly are uninformed about all of the events leading up to today's pathetic state of affairs.
