Saw this posted on BBs board earlier today, decided to keep on my watchlist given the large trade size, 750K at .015. Someone wanted a good size amount of shares and this has seen several days of buying in the last few months. Could be a promo starting or something if this is indeed now a shell. Maybe a new business is being rolled into the shell?
