I have heard that the small oil and gas outfits in the Kazachstand region are likely takeover candidates (reason for the strength in TMY lately, closing at 5.83 today?:?)
CHAR (Chaparrel) and CNR (Canargo) work in the same region. I bought shares in those also, as a gamble.
