Most stocks take off before news out. I loaded an locked. Can wait weeks/months /years. Think its only a matter of time and POPT will start. 3 years ago just decent volume and never go off so far. Chart looks great. 0004 will create a new 12 month high. ECUI same OS start 2 multi bagger moves without any news. POPT can also easy hit 008 or higher. We will see it soon or later whats up here.
