Do you know how ERHE can sell shares to a multi-national AND avoiding additional massive dilution???
Well...maybe that's the reason Offor didn't buy his shares at the stock offering...maybe those shares initially slated for Offor are now earmarked for the new multi-national partner.
Wouldn't that be great?
Do we really think that Offor gave up on ERHE now that ERHE has Kenya and an LOI with an operator? Nah. Offor must have known that ERHE didn't need back up assistance...ERHE had this one.
But if ERHE didn't need Offor's cash...then where was that cash going to come from???
