ERHE had been quite busy with the JDZ after it was signed. Several years had passed before they could be ready to sign another partner.

Plus they had to deal with the Dept of Justice investigation which turned out to in the end completely exonerate ERHE along with a letter from the DOJ stating so.

There could not have been deals made during that time...and much of the $45 million was spent on defending ERHE from the DOJ.

A deal could not be done in Chad because funds were needed to the tune of $5 million.

And it would take time to pick up Kenya after many conferences. As we learned, even Kenya admitted that it makes its block awards based on that conferencing circuit and networking.

Now Kenya can produce the cash to also get something going in Chad and the EEZ. Everything can fall together neatly once the first domino falls...AND we could also get additional assets as well.
