it doesn't take much for ERHE to get enough money to pay for Chad, buy a 15% stake in the EEZ, get a few more assets and survive longer.
Africa Oil got some $35 million. I'm sure ERHE *could* do that, especially in light of the fact that Africa Oil did not do testing on their block to raise its value as ERHE wants to do.
Nevertheless, even if one believed that ERHE could achieve only half of what Africa Oil has achieved, well then you have about $17 million, which is plenty to have the first domino fall with others to follow in relatively rapid succession.
