ERHE did issued hardly any stock during it recent stock offering. It raised about $2 million bucks. That's only about 27 million shares compared to the share outstanding of about 750 million.
As far as how they used their money, that is a matter of opinion.
In my opinion, spending the money to lay the ground work for acquiring Kenya was what has saved the company from the fate that HDY now faces...HDY is not nearly as diversified as ERHE.
