That probably means we will be partnering with SNP or another Chinese company. They have a lot of US dollars they need to spend somewhere. The big question is whether Kenya will take them. If memory serves me correctly one of the Chinese companies had big stake in Kenya, controlled several blocks, drilled a number of wells, found no oil whatsoever and pulled out. I am sure Kenya remembers.
