Yes my biggest worry now is that ERHC will overplay their hand again like they did in the JDZ and end up with a lousy partner who does not have the technical ability to get the job done. I hope they realize that the biggest up front offer may not be the best offer. But I am not convinced that they have learned that lesson from the JDZ. They probably still think it was just bad luck and they may repeat the same mistake.
