I guess you could say 2015 is what I "expected" at the soonest. I would be willing to wait 7 years but is all depends on forward progress.
I would forecast that commercialization will begin this year. With the S-1 issue it could add 30 days or so but I will not be worried about it if it didnt happen as long as it was close.

Like I said forward progress... If Kim gets a silk farm, and at the end of the year finally lands a processing facility JV, I dont see anything being produced in 2013. But the forward progress is there so I wouldnt sell out because Kim "lied" about commercialization in 2013.

Kim said he would begin production in Q3&4 of this year. I will give him all of that and more as long as he earns it.

If the question is when do I sell out completely it would be after 2017 if the PPS was not over a couple bucks.
I will also sell out the day I can not see forward progress. Right now I see plenty
