LGJ 22 potential infringers. If they are potential then the comment they have used edigs patented technology without permission is not a correct claim. We have had some get dismissed and I doubt those dismissed used the patented tech without permission. but the reality is There is zero proof these 22 have actually used the patented tech. Again your own comment says potential infringers. It's all alleged at his point. Even the settlements are not truthfully admitting to using the tech. We have only seen one out of 20+ actually stipulate to this claim.
So factually the claim the 22 potential infringers have used edigs patented tech without permission is to true.
I love the facts but not the false facts.
