I am sorry that you cannot understand that bob the umpire should stay out of a stock thread's discussion. an umpire at the game calls balls and strikes, safe or out, he doesn't
interfere in the flow of the game in any way. he doesn't take sides, he doesn't offer strategy opinions, he just wears that stupid blue uniform and gets yelled at. if the umpire did what bob was doing, no one would ever go to the games.
