Frackedup, that's exactly what I read in the documents. You forgot to mention that the original complaint was based solely on what Simpson swore. Mind you, this is the same guy TMMI was suing a month or so before for forging Fernandez's signatures on documents.
Dimension's patent made them act totally irrational, in my opinion. Is it rational to be suing a known/liar, alleged forger, one month and then hanging your shingle on his testimony to file another suit against a possible competitor that you weren't even aware of, pre-patent the next month?
