Thanks for the reply, that answers part of my question - I guess I didn't realize there was a difference between the JDZ and the Nigerians in this whole thing. I thought the entire awards were jointly awarded by STP/Nigeria and together they made up the JDZ. Is this wrong? Confused but learning.
