Phil, yes it is a lot to read through and understand but I am having trouble believing you read much of it and still feel comfortable with TMM's situation. Did you read the letters from the Iterated lawyers dated Dec. 1996?
Yes you have quoted one or two items from the filings but so far I don't see your name on the court case information list. Did you know that if you actually print copies out (and pay) that your name goes on the financial records list online for the case? You have claimed to have printed copies but there's no new names there yet. If its not there in the next few days, we can assume.... If it is, my apologies for doubting you.
