Just remember a lot of the fundamental risk in rmbs just disappeared. This undermines the FTC case and now instructs the lower court to rehear the IFX case using rmbs patent which highly favors rmbs winning on the dram manufacturers infringing with ddr ram.

The funds will start to come in now.
