yep...I'd rather live through cyber war than 'soldiers on the ground war' as your friend had to do ....... .. cripes.

I've been thinking about this whole thing a bit .. and after reading one of BnB's posts .. the other day ...
............ I thought to myself .. That just might HELP .... Here's his post:

Someday you'll understand that China and India's growth is unsustainable.

You live for the here and now.

I live for the future I'll leave for my son.

And there is the rub.

BnB is not here right now, but I feel I know that he would NOT mind me posting that .... I was thinking .... Yes, That would help! .... .. It would be better to hire married men/women with children for 'sensitive' positions in the government ... .. of course! It wouldn't eradicate the problem ... but I think it could be used as just 'one' more prerequisite for security type jobs at 'wherever' they are.

In my opinion - it's Powerful! I know many times in my family there is this discussion of sorts ... when we get all nihilistic etc.... then someone says .... well Yeah! ... that sounds great! ......but what about our kids ? .... How is that gonna affect their futures? .......Yep, it's what we fight for! ... A better future. I think it's a powerful motivator. .. just look, Julian, Manning, Snowden ... not a married one in the trio, I don't know if they have kids, but if they do, they haven't been mentioned ...

a general in the cyber war... which is the new battlefield. no bullets required.
