CIRC Funding and paying th bills have mostly relied upon th selling of free-trading common stock. Usually a co that depends on this type of unpredictable, unreliable source of funding to generate the operating cash to pay th bills runs into trouble before achieving profitability.. What shareholders should be leery of from this point on is th probability that CIRC might decide to resort to th well known sub penny excuse to find financing, a R/S ...so that they can say they need to solicit legitimate institutional investors who have the deep pockets and patience to ensure a stable, sufficient supply of operating capital ….
