Filing doesn't mention the preferreds. And while you say he has no debt, the filing specifically mentions his ability demand cash or to convert debts Quasar owes him.

You know, that's how he came in and grabbed QASP by the throat the first time. He can do it again. QASP remains all his, lock stock and barrel.
