Germany volume 570,000 and US premarket trading of 25,000 shares. I do not think I have ever seen any pre market action. Anyway I am convinced the German trading is simply an arbitrage scheme to take advantage of US Dollar/Euro exhange rates. Several years back the manipulation got so bad PTSC demanded and received delisting from the Frankfurt, Germany stock exchange. PTSC still trades on the Munich and Stuttgart exchanges. Lets hear it from some Germans...any legitimate trading interest out there?
