I hear ya but from what I have seen in my experience there is almost always an intermittent step like say the A/S increased from 250M to 500M, would still be great SS. it won't just go to 5 billion A/S and dilute from here to no bid. we'll get a nice run outta 'er. besides, they may be diluting, but if they wanted to they could hammer it down much lower and sell a lot more shares than they have been. nothing too troubling going on here as far as penny stock land goes.
