That is true in many cases simply because the companies have no real business. This company has a real business and if you read between the lines in today's P/R it is obvious why they needed to stockpile machines! There must be an awful lot of new contracts that they are THISCLOSE to signing! I AM CALLING THIS A STRONG BUY!
