It does compute if MJNA uses that figure to calculate their value in Q3. The stock they purchased at $4.5 to $6.0 a share will show a 400% increase in value making their books look much better than they really are.

As the detective and a few others have pointed out earlier it is called painting the tape. Is it misleading? Absolutely!! Will it make MJNA books look better? Absolutely!!

These are the types of things that a shady company does to get investors to buy in. Hope I am wrong but it does seem rather coincidental that it happens on the first day of the new quarter. Not to mention that someone bought 100 shares at a higher price than the latest value of the stock. JMHO
