By virtue of the fact that SIRG owns an asset with copper in the ground, I think they can be called a jr. miner regardless of whether anything has been pulled from the ground or not. And as far as to whether SIRG or any other stock has a pps of .9999 down to .0001, I simply refer to them as pennies. Is that a problem for you?
