Penny Stock Soldiers (OTC tradeable tickers)/Momentum Plays

To be honest, I can't figure PARR out (thus I am not trading it right now). If you read hotstocked's articles on this one, you will see it is more legitimate than most OTC companies (similar to PTRC, which I flipped today for a nice profit). I have not yet found evidence of a promo for PARR. As to whether it is a pre-promo, that is a tough call. NHUR would be a comparable I suppose. Also, NORX started its promo under the radar. I will just watch PARR for now to see if it picks up volume - I don't trade illiquid tickers, even if they have some big money days (it is not uncommon for OTC tickers to have one-off big money trade days and then go back to having crap volume for a month - PARR has actually done this before if you look at the trading history).
