gold - look at the PR and past publications for what you want to know. I wouldn't trust those that rely on info from ACTS, CC, etc.

Let's detail what we know from the public domain:
- CTC has designed unique, easy to erect wind power structures.
- CTC indicated in Mar 2005 they would start CTC wind in Q4.
- CTC indicated they would start up CTC Transmission in 06. Transmission will operate and lease lines.
- EU Energy PLC purchased DeWind turbines.
- EU Energy PLC has been following CTC news on their web site in 2005.
- The Energy ACT of 2005 includes wind power incentives.
- Green power is in.
- Wind power is cheaper than natural gas.
- Most wind farms will be erected miles away from transmission lines.- Wind farms located near transmission lines will increase power to a level where reconductoring may be required.
- Experts estimate the cost of large scale wind farm at $1,000/kw
- There are maybe 5, possibly 6 competitors in the USA. None that have captive cable and tower capabilities.

Breakdown of yesterday's PR:
- CTC Wind signed an agreement with USA based EU Energy Inc, a subsidiary of EU Energy PLC.
- EU Energy will manufacture wind turbines in the U.S. This is the first time that DeWind turbines will be sold in the US and Canada.
- DeWind turbines have some unique advantages over other systems and solve some common problems thus making them highly desirable.
- EU Energy is negotiating orders in excess of 1,000 megawatts in North America.
- 300 megawatts is slated for delivery in 2007 and the balance over 2008/9/10.
- Initial orders will be concluded in January 2006
- EU Energy plans to open two assembly plants, with one in the U.S. and the other in Eastern Canada, both are expected to be on line in the first quarter of 2007.
- CTC will get 48% of North American business for $5,000,000.
- This agreement and the associated 48% does not include ACCC or towers.
- EU and CTC will work on credit financing of customer systems (see CTC Transmission above).

What this means to me:
- Eu & CTC will book $1,000,000,000 of business. 1,000 megawatt = 1,000,000 kw. 1,000,000 kw x $1,000 = 1 billion.
- Their earliest stated delivery is 300 megawatts in 2007.
- Their earliest stated order is in January 2006.
- 300 megawatts is 30% of 1,000 megawatts.
- Huge leap of faith here...therefore, to deliver 300 megawatts in 2007 requires 300 megawatt order in jan 2006. 300 megawatt order is approx $300,000,000.
