Are you saying that the defendant's documents are forgeries? Based on what I read on the original complaint (two Tom Simpson sworn statements) and on the amended complaint (verbiage) TMMI needs to bring in some supporting documents to prove their case. They were pretty much non-existent on what I viewed.
