The court case in Ventura county is not foreign to you. We've posted about this numerous times. I even posted the court case for you on RB. This is the one that made me unsure of all of TMMI's claims on VDK2.0. Don't act like this is news to you. This is the case that Fernandez litigated for Simpson....not as a TMMI rep. but as an advisor for Simpson. This is the same one where the judge said the VDK2,0 belonged to DFMI, not Simpson and not TMMI. In this ruling the judge ordered DFMI to pay Simpson $144,000 for back salary but also appointed a forensic accountant to check this out. Guess what? It came out that Simpson owed DFMI hundreds of thousands of dollars for non-business expenses.
