At that point the Bill proposed by capuano (sp) to make the Cash infusion a 5% loan will have a lot more weight.

further Reforms by the GSE will go a long way toward that goal.

Soo at net Zero:
No loss to taxapayer- profit ahead
Reforms in place for years as GSE-
Further reforms possible-
Maybe minimum Reserves - put in place long term
maybe alternative Freddie loan packages work - maybe not.
