SeraCare Life Sciences-SRLS announces internal review by audit committee

SRLS says its auditor raises concerns on revenue recognition policies and concerns on inventory valuation. SRLS expects to release Q4 results when the review is done and is in talks with lenders for waivers on filing delay. SRLS has also postponed its shareholder meeting and says that the Nasdaq may initiate delisting procedures.
