There is a lot of smoke and mirrors in what took place between them with the dentist playing the Wizard. That's why this case needs so badly to get into a court law. You all can post and pontificate who did what when but it means nothing here. I'm really not interested in debating whatever defense the demented ones have put forth as it only represents a long history of deception of which the dentist has clearly demonstrated his deftness at. The only thing that matters now is what the judge rules.
My bet is on TMMI all the way. TOO much history supporting what truly belongs to TMM Inc and the 8,000 plus shareholders. End of story.
