Bill you now work at TMMI;that's not true Michael Barnsley is still an consultant with TMMI and Dr Sloan works closely with the updates for the advisory board.Bill since you say Dr Sloan gave the code to DFI that turned into DFMI AND Larry Panik left DFMI 10/2007 what right would he have to keep any code,none.Thats why a Judge ordered TS to hand over the code to TMMI,the new owners.Larry Panik was no longer associated with DFMI/TMMI and that was settled in court years ago.Thats why someone isn't telling the truth,either TS or LP is lying,and if they keep that lie to themselves,well,then karma will get them one day.Judge Ellsworth has all the facts,lets have her render the decision....
