Very interesting. I wonder why the CEO didn't sign that 8k? Amazing to me...the company share price is at a near multi-year low, yet, the already part-time CEO is once again taking half of his, um, work week off. Mind you his work week constitutes about 3 days. Soooo, $5000.00 for a days work this week. Plus hotel, and R/T airline ticket to Missouri.

It's really a joke. I wonder if the puppet master in California is happy?
