That I believe, the sell before close was retail, the idiot tried to sell his 7 or 800,000 to the bid at .0017 well then he came up on the ask at .0017 because we only had 100,000 or so on the bid. That's what we get from people that don't have a L2 or don't know how to read one. Too many inexperienced traders, sure a creditor has shares for sale (VNDM) (CSTI) but they haven't been killing the bid.
