One sentence from the article.... says he welcomes litigation.

this means nothing. He is only trying to win the appointment.


This article is like the others... I question motives when a sentence is changed and the title doesn't truly reflect what he said.... Oh and guess what, after his speech, the market actually responded positively. :) very good sign.
