NKTR / BAX:

One program in Hemophilia B was terminated in May 2012 (page 99 http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/906709/000119312513085500/d448841d10k.htm ). They do still vaguely say they have research/preclinical programs partnered with Baxter in Hemophilia (listed in table of programs) but not much detail is in the K nor do I recall them saying anything in past calls.
