I fully believe the bottom is real close and then the upturn. when a company has had the great volume from good folks and they will realize what a nice move it was. time is nothing for them, in a short time they have done what very few can claim in the same time span, the certs they have acquired, the direction the are taking, and no reason to rush, they are fine and under no duress so it is just a matter of time.
