The difference now is way more people who own homes can actually make and afford the payment....as compared to then when anybody could get a no documentation Mortgage. Thats why the housing market collapsed...

this time even when rates rise up to 6 % the values will hold......

the Housing Market is extremely Healthy and has never been in better shape than right now IMO.
